Hertfordshire County Council have closed Stuart Road from 4th October for 3 days.
A statement from Hertfordshire County Council states “owing to the likelihood of danger to the public whilst water main repair works are being undertaken, all traffic is temporarily prohibited from using that length of Stuart Road, Welwyn from its junction with Tudor Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 22 metres, except for access. If you have any queries about the water main repair works or the temporary road closure, please contact Graham Day tel.07525 161 709 at Amey or Nikolett Listar tel.0300 123 4047 at Hertfordshire County Council. The work is expected to take 3 days to complete when started on the 4 October 2017. An alternative signed route will be provided for traffic whilst the road closure is in place.”
