Welwyn Parish Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to undertake the facilities management of four buildings owned and managed by Welwyn Parish Council.

The contract will be for a period of three years commencing 1st April 2019 and the contractor will be responsible for the day to day management of the venues specific to the tender process.

All tender responses must be received no later than 12pm on Thursday 31st January 2019 in sealed envelopes marked “Confidential Tender Response” and addressed to the Clerk as detailed above.

Any queries relating to the tender process must be raised in writing with the Clerk to the Council at the email address before 15th January 2019.

It is expected that the award of the contract will be made during the week commencing 4th February. The successful tender will be awarded on a combination of costs, skills, qualifications, experience and quality.
